Shipping for continental US orders is $6.95. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is $14.95. Australia is $40.00 for two pounds.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock we may hold your order for 7 business days waiting for that item to arrive from the warehouse.

Order Cancellations should be by telephone and email to confirm. If  we have  already shipped and we do ship very fast, then you will need an Return Label number.

International  orders Please do not use the US or Canadian costs shown as these are both lower than any others..please email us and request shipping costs . Shipping costs vary with each country. We will send  your the shipping cost before we ship. US Postal Service is our international carrier. We insure all international shipments.

 Shipping within the USA is much less because the cost of shipping is partially paid by the government.

Orders for international shipments are priced separately according to the weight and distance for each country.

We have listed a few examples below so that you might have some idea of the cost of shipping before you contact us. The reason for this chart is that we have learned that many customers are surprised at the high cost of shipping internationally. This will give you a rough estimate for a few countries.

Assume that each item weighs 1 Pound .. and you are ordering 5 items.

This is for the least expensive shipping method and includes insurance. Some examples are listed below.

These are estimates ONLY. Your actual shipping cost will be based on the actual weight of the items being shipped.

Russia and Iran, sorry we may not ship because of the risk of theft.

Nativity pieces are often heavier.

We accept all returns if  we ship  am item in error and  we will send you  the correct item on the same day.. at no charge .

Other returns

All returns must be authorized and have an RL Number. Returns will be paid for by UPS if the merchandise is broken. It must be inspected by UPS, do not throw away your outer carton as UPS will determine fault by inspecting the box that the merchandise arrives in.

If you are changing your mind after the piece arrives (still in salable condition) you may return the piece with authorization, however you are responsible for shipping costs  to and from WillowTree Shop and a 15% restocking fee which will be waived if this  is an exchange.

There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items not being exchanged.

We can not assume responsibility for damages that may occur during return shipment. So please make sure you use adequate packaging, and we recommend that you insure the package for your own protection.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.

Items from the Clearance categories may not be returned.
