Shipping on orders over $69.99 is free*
for continental US orders if all items are in stock and
shipped on the same day.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock we may hold your order for 7 days waiting for
that item to arrive from Demdaco.
We can give you the current inventory information by
phone at 888 864 0320.
Order Cancellations should be by telephone and email to
confirm. If we have already shipped and we
do ship very fast, then you will need an RL number.
If an Item is $ 15.00 or less and you decide
that you would like another item instead, it
may be less expensive to keep the item as a
gift for someone else. ( the cost of returning it
is about $12.00.)
Destinations outside of the Continental US.
*(Any orders to Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico. are
handled on an individual basis and will be charged
$14.95. No free shipping is available for orders outside
the continental US. Email or call us if you need more
information.
Shipping to countries outside the US are calculated on
an individual basis. We can ship only to addresses in
the US with the free offer.
UPS is our first choice of carrier over
six pounds, US Postal Service is our choice
for less than six pounds and for most rural deliveries.
International orders ..please email
us .Shipping costs vary with each country. We will
send your the shipping cost before we ship.
Australia and Europe.. let us know the items you
wish for and we will email you the shipping cost
before we ship. US Postal Service is our
international carrier. Please insure all
international shipments

We accept all returns
if we ship am item in error and we
will send tou the correct item on the same day..
Other returns
All returns must be authorized
and have an RL Number. Returns will be paid for by UPS
if the merchandise is broken. It must be inspected by
UPS, do not throw away your outer carton as UPS will
determine fault by inspecting the box that the
merchandise arrives in.
Never use a UPS
Retail Store to return to us.. They will
charge three times what we charge to
ship to you.. or more ! A customer recently
paid UPS $15.00 shipping and
packageing to return a $ 10.00 angel !
If you are changing your mind after the piece arrives
(still in salable condition) you may return the piece
with authorization, however you are responsible for
shipping costs both to and from WillowTree Shop and
a 20% restocking fee.
